Life Coaching is a simple yet powerful coaching relationship that seeks to support the lives of people who are in pursuit of "The Life". "The Life" is the Life of Christ passionately pursues wholness, completness, and peace, through the process of learning healthy behaviours and unlearning unhealthy behavious. Each Life Coach seeks to help with the real life problems of individuals, couples, families, and groups to work out strategies for truly living in the world with Christ as your guide.

Working with a Life Coach can lead to personal growth through clarification of your thoughts and feelings about yourself, others, and events in your life. The majority of the time you spend in a coaching session will consist of talking about the concerns that you present. Your time spent with a Life Coach will depend on the nature of your concerns and also the unique approach of your particular Life Coach. The length of coaching relationships will typically last 3-4 sessions.
