Name : Ronethea Williams Age : 24 years of swag Passion : Program Coordinator, Non Profit How long have you been at Awakenings Movement: One year How did you first get connected: I first FELT connected when I joined the splendifirous 25 and under small group. :-) It was my first connection to a group of young women transparently sharing who they were and how they were growing in Christ. Small groups made the difference in my coming to this amazing Sunday experience when I had time and actually looking forward to seeing my family on Sunday, Thursday, sometimes Saturday (shoutout to the social director TJ). The difference in my being a Sunday church-goer and a connected community member were the relationships I first formed in Small Groups. What do you do now at Awakenings Movement: I Smile a lot! :-D I serve in the Aftertaste tribe. Why do you serve? I serve because it's what a family does - serve one another. I serve because my being connected was the result of someone else's service as a small group facilitator. I serve because it's my purpose. What does being connected mean to you? Being connected at AM means feeling true relationship with the community and responsibility to serve the movement.
